-When selecting a password that is typed, try using an alpha numeric sentence. Studies have shown that when a password is eight digits with letters, numbers, capitalizations, and punctuations its takes up to eight years to break.
This is easier than it sounds.
An example would be "Daveloves2surf!"
Do not use numbers in order such as 1111, 1234, 9876,...etc.
